I took my attention away from the pain and started fantasizing about how beautiful I was gonna grow up to be. How sexy my body was gonna look when it’s all filled in. And how STRONG and FIT (keep in mind I was super obsessed with Sporty Spice at the time) it was gonna be after this pain subsides. Guess what? The outcome was on point and exactly how I envisioned myself to be! Now think about this… OUR MIND AND HEART HAVE GROWING PAINS TOO. Contrast/hard times = growing pains.
