I want you to think back to when you were a kid, and your joints and muscles started aching. I remember being super annoyed cuz I couldn’t stop the pain. My mom informed me that my body was hurting, because it’s growing. They’re growing pains and every single kid GROWS through it. Key sentence here: GROWS THROUGH IT. I remember thinking, well dang… I just gotta let it be and trust the outcome. I took my attention away from the pain and started fantasizing about how beautiful I was gonna grow up to be. How sexy my body was gonna look when it’s all filled in. And how STRONG and FIT (keep in mind I was super obsessed with Sporty Spice at the time) it was gonna be after this pain subsides. Guess what? The outcome was on point and exactly how I envisioned myself to be! Now think about this… OUR MIND AND HEART HAVE GROWING PAINS TOO. Contrast/hard times = growing pains. Our mind and heart = our body. WE MUST GROW THROUGH THE PAIN TO LIVE A BIGGER, BETTER, STRONGER, HAPPIER MORE LOVING AND EXPANDED YOU! Key sentence here again: WE MUST GROW THROUGH IT. You were not created to suffer or stay stuck in contrast or the problems of your past. You were created to GROW. To LOVE. To CREATE. To discover what people and things add to your joy and to choose alla that. If you don’t keep up with yourself and grow… The pain will never go away, bc of your resistance. You were created to become the BEST version of yourself, and live it. So, shall we grow together?
