Tammin Sursok Instagram – Spent the last few days in the Hamptons with @eberjey ❤️ A group of women, mostly moms, leaning into the importance of self care. I honestly can’t remember the last time I gave myself the permission to not feel guilty or ashamed when doing something just for me away from the kids. Why do we do that to ourselves? One of the moms shared a wonderful quote “you can walk much further with a lighter backpack”. This resonated with me so deeply and I realised how much stress I’d been carrying lately. Moments like this give us the opportunity to recharge, connect and fill up our cup. So we then can be everyones everything. Thank you @truebotanicals for the beautiful products and facials @shousugibanhouse for having us at your stunning retreat @tencel_europe for teaching us about the importance of sustainable fabrics And of course @eberjey – the most comfortable pajamas I’ve ever worn.
