Kalau berdasarkan pengalaman sih yang namanya memilih shade dan undertone yang tepat untuk foundation, concealer, bahkan contour itu mau nangis susahnya apalagi online. kalau lagi nyoba foundation, aku perhatiin ada beberapa brand yang gold warm undertone jadi terlalu kuning di aku tapi kalau neutral juga ada yang malah jadi kusam, tergantung mereknya, tapi aku sih biasanya di antara dua itu. Secara warna, warna kulit sering berubah-ubah, biasanya di kisaran medium tan – medium deep tergantung musim atau seberapa sering kena sinar matahari. Jenis kulit aku kombinasi berminyak. Nah, kalau contour, aku lebih suka warna yang nggak terlalu jauh dari warna kulit dan gak terlalu cool tone biar keliatan natural. Kalau concealer, yang warm undertone cenderung paling cocok. These are swatches of complexion products I currently have. I try to show them in different lightings, as we all know, picking the right shade and undertones is a real struggle with foundation, concealer, and even contour! When trying out foundation, I’ve noticed some brands with warm golden undertones would be too yellow on me and neutral undertones would be too dull, so it depends on the brand, but I am in between those two. Shade wise,my skin tone changes. However, I usually land somewhere in the medium tan to medium deep range depending on the season or whether I’m in the sun alot. My skin type is combination oily. When it comes to contouring, I prefer shades that aren’t too far from my skin tone and balanced toned to achieve a more natural appearance. For concealer, warm undertones tend to complement my complexion the best. Hope it helps!
