MY 5 TIPS to start a fitness/wellness regiment and STICK with it ππͺ
1: Set Clear Goals – abc, 123 – make them attainable without over complicating things.
2: Find activities you enjoy! ππ(Like our online workouts!!)
3: Schedule Your Workouts – mark it in your planner like you would any other appointment π
4: Embrace Where You Are Starting – so often we give up because we try and βkeep upβ or jump in a few steps ahead of where our journey wants to begin. #consistency
5: Join A Communyy π―ββοΈπ―ββοΈ- the power of relationship & accountability can go a long way.
