Tatum McCann Instagram – Long-winded meet recap time
Running a powerlifting cycle after back to back weightlifting comps this year turned into competing in powerlifting (largely against my will) thanks to @buloajp, and I’m ultimately very glad I did it.
As life has essentially turned upside down during these past couple months, the support I’ve received has been unmatched, and I’m forever grateful for those I’ve been surrounded by.
My comp day had some ups and downs and some disappointment, but at the end of the day, for me this was just for giggles, and I definitely had fun. Plus, it never hurts to walk away with a gold metal 😛

On Sunday, I had the honor of being able to yell at the guys, and I could not be more proud of them. I’ve watched them work so hard and to show up on Sunday with 100% effort, focus, and heart was incredible. I’m grateful to have been able to help handle all of you for this meet, and I can’t wait to see how far you’ll go from here.
