I’m proud to share that after 2 months of bulking, drinking mass gainers and a significant increase in calorie intake, I have gained 10 kg (and counting) 🎉 I have never tried gaining weight in such a timeline before and since I do have a higher metabolism, this was by far the toughest thing I’ve ever done for a role.
