Tiler Peck Instagram – Just like that, we’re back on pointe!
It’s taken a lot to get me to this moment and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made to help get me back in rehearsals tomorrow
Here’s what we did to get me back on pointe:
1) Toe taps
2) Stretching and feeling the arch of the foot on the ball
3) Rocking and walking while sitting on the yoga ball to increase range of pointe
4) Going on pointe on the reformer with springs to slowly add weight
5) On pointe with full body weight!
