Yaeji Instagram – With A Hammer was the first demo i wrote that marked the beginning of this album. the birth of my anger. i remember being fatigued from fake news and real life when i wrote this. the drum sounds mimicked a comical hammer smash, like one of those plastic ones u get at an amusement park. boink! my vocal delivery felt dry.. suppressed, effortless, maybe a little weak even ? but the lyrics were powerful. masculine. and the contrast of these tensioning feelings is what defined my anger at the time. “진짜 화가나 못참겠다 생각했어. 진짜 화가나 주먹부터 나가겠어” video by @becky.mov choreo by @____homesick____4 Ft @____homesick____4 @ilpr
