Yvonne Chapman Instagram – Marking my last class of the year 🤍. Painting has taught me a lot, including to release expectations. The final outcome rarely is what I wanted it to be, and there are TONS of moments when I wish I could rewind, where I feel I completely fucked up and absolutely hate what’s in front of me. But you learn to be kinder to yourself – to accept what is, and to adapt. You can always fix it (and if I can’t my wonderful teacher sure has! 😂), and maybe what you end up with isn’t exactly what you hoped for, but you can be proud of how you got there as long as you tried. | Posted on 13/Nov/2023 05:21:39
