Shalmali Kholgade Instagram – HIIT Program with 2 EMOMs 😓 last week I couldn’t do the jump squats consistently. This week I made sure to push myself. I took longer to complete each set of 20 but I got it in. Probably a super small step, but it counts.
Everything counts.
Even intention counts.. all the conversations we have with ourselves during a workout – they count too, I believe. Im always thinking about everything I want to wear on stage.. how I want to look in order to pull it off. How much harder I need to work in order to achieve that.
