I can hear so many of you already saying “NOPE!” but I’m telling you… it’s changed my life. Overcoming a little challenge every morning sets me off on my day feeling like I can do anything. The dopamine release is the happiest kind of high. Inflamation goes away and the daily overcoming of the unconscious reactive state is so important. I’m telling you. Just try it. And seriously if you’re going to invest in one then get the @firecoldplunge My buddy Nick has made an extremely high quality, low priced tub that you plug in, control from your phone, that cleans itself.
