And amazingly, this is even true for the Moon. The name and logo of my first space mission to the @iss called #BlueDot was actually inspired by two iconic photos showing our beautiful planet from afar: the Apollo 8 “Earth Rise” and the “Pale Blue Dot” by Voyager 1.
I get stunned every time I take a breath to think about what they actually mean.
