I’ve changed my approach to working out lately. Little more focused on other things so trying to use the @jesseitzler approach of focusing on weekly aggregation less than daily. How many times this week do I want to train, if I make that happen in any capacity than it hit my goal. It doesn’t have to be so focused on #nodaysoff cause like I said before that’s just not for me. Other stuff comes up. We still have to prioritize but we can’t become so myopic that it gets in the way of whatever we’re actually trying to accomplish. Thanks #jesseitzler for helping reframe my mindset on this one. (And a ton of other stuff)
