😍😍 love this pic of me and Dan… been desperate to share it from when he and the family all came up to celebrate my birthday with us 2 weeks ago. You know those friendships that you have which you just know are gonna transcend everything else no matter what… well that’s Mr Walker for me… became thick as thieves we did during our time on strictly (we were like the ‘mam and dad’ of the group) and we’ve stayed close ever since and I just know we always will. Love him to bits – and the happiness in this picture just sums up our friendship perfectly – thank you @nickyjohnston for capturing it so perfectly and big thank you to @hellomag for sharing!

I’m aware there are far more important things going on in the world but… are there accepted boundaries when it comes to other people’s skips? My dad always taught us that, if you want to pop something in someone else’s skip, you wait a few days and then you go and ask if they have any space left and they mind. We had one this week, right outside the house, while we had some work done. Everyday there has been loads of new stuff in there – a toilet, fence posts, kitchen cupboards, bin bags etc – and no-one has asked! What do you think? Maybe I’m being an idiot
So glad I got the chance to catch @nadiyabychkova in her @nadiyaandkai show in Canterbury tonight. She was AMAZING! The whole thing was incredible and the Yorkshire Barmaid was in full flow with 703 costume changes. She and @kaiwidd really entertained a packed @marlowetheatre and the talent on display was well worth the several minutes of standing ovation at the end 🙌 I can’t believe Nadiya has done more than half the tour with a broken toe and… who knew she could sing? 🎯💃🎤🏆 Lovely to meet so many people at the stage door at the end. Go and see it of you get the chance. It is top-drawer. Well done @scottcoldwellcreative and the whole cast & crew. Now… to bed… big day tomorrow.

Got some lovely news today… I started a new breakfast show on @classicfm in January and, despite a huge amount of schedule change, the switch to DAB (which I keep getting told is really significant) and loads of other stuff… today we found out we have OVER 2 MILLION LISTENERS!!! Now I know the graphic I made for the photo looks monumentally naff but… THANK YOU… my mind is slightly blown!
