Doing the final mix on Shazam Fury of the Gods. New release date is March 17 next year. Avatar 2 can have December, we can have IMAX screens. It’s going to be great. But Cameron definitely owes me a 4K release of The Abyss now.

Spent Saturday afternoon on the scoring stage. I love this part of the process where I can just hang around and enjoy the music live.
Today was my first time ever shooting guns. Despite living in the US for the past 7 years my first time shooting was in Sweden 🙂. I was not ready for the power of that last one.

It’s been a whole month of no movies but today we went to Tomelilla and saw the new Indiana Jones.
Moderated a Q&A with director Michel Hazanavicius tonight after a screening of Final Cut, a French remake of the Japanese film One Cut of the Dead. Really fun movie. Gets very meta in that it’s about doing a remake of a Japanese movie and adds some great things on top of the original.
Just got back from moderating a Q&A with director @zcregger at the DGA for his excellent horror movie Barbarian. In theaters now. Highly recommended!
