After a few months of both of us wading through some dark fuckin times she found herself pregnant again, this time with our little boy Ocean-Torin. Not long after that one of my best friends committed suicide. CALM asked me if I’d be comfortable talking about that period of my life & how, if I had, navigated my way through it.
The team at CALM (without even knowing it) provided a safe space for me to talk about something I hadn’t talked about before, something I’d never even verbalised out loud.
