Welcome to my office! An incredible place where untamed nature rules & I am humbled! What I’ve seen over the past days … INSANE. Even saw a wild @maike_heide diving under a deceased whale. Nature takes but it also gives. Sharks will feed for a while then the Whale will sink and continue to provide for countless species on the ocean floor. Circle of life. #StayWild

It’s one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights & there are several theories: * Communication: The loud sound created by the splash can travel long distances underwater, helping whales communicate with one another. * Parasite Removal: The force of hitting the water helps shake off parasites and other irritants from their skin. * Playfulness and Exercise: Breaching can be a fun activity for whales, and it also helps them build muscle strength. The animal kingdom is full of wisdom and wonder! It’s important for us to understand in order to protect our wild friends & their habitats. #StayWild & stay curious wildlife warrior! 🤘🏼🐋
