Berry tart 🍓 Ingredients 1 cup granulated sugar 3 eggs, room temperature 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest ⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, room temperature 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1.5 cups all-purpose flour ¾ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt Powdered sugar, for dusting Any nuts you like for a crunch, I used almonds Topping Cut your favorite in season berries, strawberries, blue berries, raspberry PROCEDURE Best on high the eggs and granulated sugar until creamy and pale yellow, add the yoghurt, olive oil, lemon zest beat until incorporated, add the flour and mix just enough to mix well Bake at 350F for 40min or until fully cooked (check with a knife) and enjoy 😘🍓 Pair with an espresso for more magic ☕️
