1st 20 mins : 301 push ups, 100 body weight squats and 100 reverse lunges
2nd 20 mins : 6 x 3 mins round (1 min rest in between)
– 2 skipping
– 2 shadow boxing
– 2 heavy bag
3rd 20 mins : 4 x 5 mins free weights (on the minute and every minute)
– biceps curl
– lateral pulldown
– squats
– seated press
