These are very, very kind words indeed about me in ‘The i’ @theipaper and on Broadcastintel.com by @rachaelsigee Thank you so much. Beyond kind! But, the industry really has to change. Being working class and brought up on a council estate was brilliant for me! We were VERY CREATIVE, very passionate and we had fire in our bellies! If there is anyway I can help change the industry to get more young people from working class backgrounds into TV Film then I’m all in!
