George Clarke Instagram – BOSSY MACHINES : OMG I couldn’t agree more! We bought a washing machine recently that you couldn’t use until you connected it to the WIFI. But we’d just moved house and our WIFI install was delayed. We couldn’t wash clothes for weeks. And we couldn’t override the WIFI setup stage! Why would you need to connect a washing machine to WIFI? Beyond stupid!! I might change my car too for something old school as I’m tried of it beeping and barking instructions at me all the time!! Just this week I missed my train because the car taking me to the station couldn’t start because you had to hold a fob against a sensor, but for some reason the fob couldn’t connect. What’s wrong with a normal key? Keys have been around for hundreds and hundreds of years! There is way too much unnecessary tech and way too much beeping going on.
