The Highlands Part 1. Just back from another visit to Scotland. A fabulous night at Blair castle for the Keepers of the Quaich ceremony. As you can see a giant Quaich along with a giant haggis ( very rare to still find one in the wild of that size), and the wonderful Robert Lovie delivering a tremendous “address”. I’ve posted this photo of my Dad before but firstly, I love it. I love this young man with his life ahead of him. So much yet to discover. Secondly, I don’t have nearly enough photos of him! From a time when we weren’t taking pictures every other minute today would have been his 102nd birthday. I’d love to know his thoughts on so much but I am content to remember him as a wonderful man of his time. Happy Birthday Dad x

I wish I could tell you what I’m working on right now but I am FORBIDDEN to do so. However! I am not forbidden to tell you that “The Warchief” has now added to its two golds at the Proof Awards with a Gold at the ASCOT awards, a Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and another silver at the New York International Spirits Competition. To say I’m excited is an understatement!! I hope those who have sampled the tasty titillations of our bourbon will agree with these August institutions.
