Guy Oseary Instagram – Today is 200 days since Noa Argamani and her boyfriend, Avi Natan, were abducted at the Nova Music Festival, an event tragically marred by a massacre that claimed 364 innocent lives. While 105 hostages have been reunited with their families, over 130 hostages, including Noa, remain in captivity.
Noa’s image has been my profile photo since that horrific day. I visited her parents, Liora and Yaakov. Liora, who is battling advanced cancer, yearns for nothing more than to embrace her daughter once again.
Since October 7th, the landscape for the Jewish community has altered irrevocably. Jews worldwide feel a deep and penetrating sadness, experiencing a disheartening shift in the global response to our mere existence. Im not talking about differing political opinions; this is about the fundamental right to simply exist. Antisemitism, once robustly opposed by many of our allies, now seems to be normalized, often meeting the indifference of a world that looks the other way. This neglect is acutely felt by all Jews, numbering just 15 million globally.
Despite this, the Jewish people remain steadfast and resilient. While some have turned their backs, numerous allies stand firmly and proudly against antisemitism. We see you, and we appreciate you more than words can express. Thank you.
