An absolutely overwhelming day was completely turned around by a good habit… A painful one but a good one. #exercise, it literally saved my sanity today. It was the only thing I could do to get out of my head, to help my brain to focus, to get my heart in the right place… I had to push myself, I had to get out of my head and into my body. I cannot recommend this enough to you. Exercise is the best medicine for your psychological and emotional health.
