The far right is rising across Europe because politicians on both sides have pandered to their rhetoric and normalised their ideas. The only answer to hatred is hope. We have to stand up to racism, defend refugees and inspire people to believe that a kinder world is possible.

Thousands of us were on the streets of London today demanding an end to the occupation of Palestine. That is the real call for peace. That is the real call for justice #ceasefirenow‼️
Schools are places of learning, growth and joy. In Gaza, they have been turned into places of trauma, death and grief. What kind of world are we living in when this kind of horror becomes part of our weekly or even daily routine? How have we allowed these atrocities to become so normalised? We must continue to speak up for a ceasefire, an end to arms sales to Israel, and the only path to a just and lasting peace: an end to the occupation of Palestine.

I am so sad to hear that Stephen Broe has passed away. Steve was a brilliant musician and active campaigner. The last time I saw him, he played me a song he wrote about inequality. He contributed so much to the work of @our_moh, and he will be greatly missed by our community.
