This July, I hiked 20 miles on the Howe Sound Crest Trail just outside Vancouver in Canada. The entire middle section is a ridge walk that gives you constant views of the waters below. Wild camp in your tent overnight to watch the sunset over the mountains on the horizon. Early Summer means bugs so make sure to keep moving or they’ll drive you crazy. Passing through the Lions section is a bit difficult with constant changes in elevation. I melted snow from some remaining patches to make coffee and passed a few emergency shelters. Brunswick lake was a nice spot for a quick dip before I made my way down the mountain and rewarded myself with some blueberries. Watch the full video on YouTube.

Summiting Ben Nevis, the highest peak in the UK. I started out of town at 4am and hiked up the much quieter and less popular CMD back route. Listened to 3 body prob on audible for most of the trek ha. Nice to bag the peak and get some steps . Full video on YouTube.
