Tequila Rosemary Fizz
Serves 2
6 oz Santo Reposado
2 oz Simple Syrup (1 c sugar dissolved in 1c hot water)
2 sprigs rosemary
2 egg whites
Juice of 1 lemon
2 oz Ginger beer
Ice
Pour the Reposado, rosemary infused simple syrup, egg white, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.
