Osher Günsberg Instagram – When I did “live to dance” on CBS, I had the chance to work with the best of the best in the game when it comes to shiny floor, non scripted television. Directors, audio, execs – working in Australian TV had been like flying in a Cessna and suddenly I’m on the flight deck of an A380.
My two producers taught me so much, @jamessunderlandtv (who worked on my favourite live show ever, Sat Night Takeaway), and the exquisite @dominicianthony – a firehose of a human from New Orleans, with deep music knowledge and a superpower for making emotive stories.
This is Anthony’s wonderful gift for my 50th, which arrived in the post yesterday.
Custom espresso cups he made himself.
In a time of mass produced objects, to hold a thing in my hand which I will use every day which was crafted for me by someone I care about – what a bloody marvellous gift.
