Osher Günsberg Instagram – Change is the way of the universe.
Yet so much of the pain I’ve faced in my life is caused by resisting it.
It’s fair to say I’m not the person I was 10 years ago when I met my wife.
The skin on my body isn’t even the same skin it was four weeks ago.
The blood cells in my body have a lifespan of four months or so.
The cells that make up the bones in my body were not there 10 years ago.
They have been regenerated.
They have been renewed.
Tiny, itty bitty bits of my brain still exist from when I was born, along with a few cells in my heart.
Everything else is just reconstituted bits of food that I’ve eaten over the last decade.
So yeah, I am not the same accumulation of atoms and cells that cycled to work and met Audrey in a underground garage at a fancy house in Hunters Hill in Sydney ten years ago.

Today’s podcast will hopefully offer a perspective that might help.
This whole episode popped into my head listening to @flaminglips episode on @songexploder the other day.
It’s been a ride that’s for sure.
