Well thats because helping regular folks deal with issues around Mental Health has ALWAYS been my passion.

I swore AGES ago, I never do network television. The schedule is too rigorous, and the programming is far too banal, for someone who needs to feel as though he is not only serving a purpose, but being creatively fulfilled.

Then along comes @heydjnash and pitches me @millionlittlethingsabc, a story about his life that aligned perfectly with everything I’ve been screaming from the top of my lungs for the last 20 years of my life.

Not only was it a great opportunity to work with amazing people, and inspire more open conversations around mental wellness… it was also a great opportunity to learn so much about myself.
