I took the plunge a few months to make the commitment and register for yoga teacher training at @iamyogapilates and since starting the program, I’ve been so fortunate to learn so much about yoga, yoga theory, and even so much more about myself while building a community of friends that I feel so whole to be around! 💚
Soon enough, I’m going to be a certified Yoga instructor and am wayyy excited to be offering my very own BOGA classes! So get ready to Werk that wellness and join me on my path to feeling our best! 👠
