Steve Guttenberg Instagram – A few days ago, I had a realization: I get to choose where my mind goes. I get to “control my thinking”.
I decided, I want to focus on the positive and choose to be present. It’s about being able to sit at my lunch and truly enjoy this view without being stuck in my head.
