What a divine experience it was visiting the #shankracharya temple by myself today.. as I sat with my eyes closed in the sadhana space it brought sense of calmness and joy within me.. until that point people were coming in, bowing in reference and leaving.. suddenly when I opened my eyes 25 minutes later, I noticed 8 others sitting in complete silence.. it was such a surreal experience.. a lady from New Zealand came to me later and thanked me for creating that space.. I stood stunned not understanding what just happened.. The powerful space was already there, no one else chose to sit and experience it.. I didn’t of course try to explain this to her but I realised how most of us just follow patterns set by others and don’t leave space to do things intuitively.. I felt an urge to just sit there and I did that not follow the precedent set by others before me (there was reasonable amount of space for around 17-18 people to sit) and broke the pattern.. it allowed some others to see that it was a possibility too and they came out feeling enriched because of the experience.. Day 14 of the #21dayyogachallenge done.. I tried to wake up at 3:45 AM Brahmamuhurat, but wasn’t able to. I had a packed day, which meant I wasn’t able to find the time to do my practice. But I ensured that at 11 p.m., I finished my yoga for the day and completed the day challenge. Sadhguru spoke about inner engineering in today’s video. If we truly want to live joyous and fulfilled lives, it’s important that we engineer our mind, body emotions and energy in such a way that our experience is always pleasant, despite what the outer circumstances are.
