I tried to wake up at 3:45 AM Brahmamuhurat, but wasn’t able to. I had a packed day, which meant I wasn’t able to find the time to do my practice. But I ensured that at 11 p.m., I finished my yoga for the day and completed the day challenge.
Sadhguru spoke about inner engineering in today’s video. If we truly want to live joyous and fulfilled lives, it’s important that we engineer our mind, body emotions and energy in such a way that our experience is always pleasant, despite what the outer circumstances are.
Sadhguru offers a wonderful tool in the form of inner engineering, which I feel everyone must do.
