Not too much longer left filming! Going to really miss being a fake SEAL hahaha. Of note, I have played a SEAL or Ex-SEAL 4 times which is pretty funny. It’s not too hard I just have to pretend I can swim (I can’t) and make sure my hair looks amazing. As veterans or even active duty we may talk smack about other units and services but what most people don’t realize is that you do that even when in the same unit against other teams, squads, platoons, etc. That’s just friendly completion like among brothers and brother will beat the crap out of each other until someone from the outside messes with one of them. Thats the military we are all brothers and sisters and though me make rib each other internally soon as someone threatens any one of us the whole family comes to their defense. I am thankful that I was able to be part of the military family when I was in and I’m thankful I got to be a part of this film family for the last 7 years. I will miss the ability to tell the stories of this community but make no mistake there will be new opportunities to tell more stories from the military in the near future. Thanks so much for the support of the years we all truly appreciate it as your support allows us to do what we do and have done for 7 Seasons. Thank you!
One thing that I love about TV and movies is the teamwork aspect. You have several hundred people that come together for a project and to make it happen everyone has to work as one cohesive team. Looking forward to Season 7 coming out it’s been a great ride and one that has taught me so much not just about the job but about myself. Have a great weekend everyone.

Old picture of me back when I used to contract for Atlas. This was a fun shoot for COD with a great group of guys and a cool girl who rocked the suit. These suits were made by Legacy who did all the Ironman movies and a million other awesome things. I love Sci-Fi it is in fact my favorite genre and it is vastly becoming our reality. One of the projects I am currently working on is about survival in the coming age where technology will be advancing at an even faster pace that will scare many. I am looking forward to my co-host and I bringing content that will inform people how to not just survive but thrive in the coming years. What subjects would you think would be good to cover?
The love of my life. I found mine at 45 so don’t think you’re too old but more importantly, don’t settle for anything less when you are younger. Most people are miserable in their relationship(s) because they picked who picked them. Read that again. Also of note, our relationship started with mutual: “I don’t want anything serious” and yet here we are. She pushes me to be better everyday. I never realized how important it is to push each other nor did I realize how easy it is: just support each other, be there for each other. Ask about their dreams and actively check in on your partners progress. I cannot express how much more I am accomplishing due to my parters love and support. This is something that I couldn’t conceptualize when I was single. Have a great week and partners: support your significant others, you cannot under estimate the power it has.

I got one of almost everything they sell and it’s great quality meat. It arrived frozen (the way you can send frozen things now is crazy to me) and at this point I have eaten all of it and it was all great so check them out if you dig meat.

Be positive. I know it’s cliche and I know you’ve heard it a million times because I did too and I always thought: “It isn’t THAT easy”. Well, I was right and I was wrong. What I now know is that it was very hard for me to change my mind into a positive state but once I did; it worked. Or I should say, it’s working. Make no mistake it took me awhile working at it to get it to stick but the more you do it the easier it becomes. Now when things are going good I think: “what else is going to go right” rather than I would used to think and we all know what that is. If you are like me, you are hard on yourself VERY hard. I’ve tried everything and that just doesn’t help. Pushing yourself is good, getting down on yourself isn’t. I can’t wait to get my books message out there but I assure you I have been at the bottom more than once and I am looking forward to explaining step by step what I did to put me where I am today. Of note: it isn’t “the top”, it’s being in a place where I I don’t even think in those terms anymore. I have been working crazy hard to get this message out because I know the truth of it first hand. My girlfriend not shockingly found an abandoned baby duck while on a nature walk. It came to her and we ended up taking it home for a bit until figuring out where the duck clan was chilling and releasing “Mr Quackerton” (my name) back into the wild.
