On Monday we had to say goodbye to Seth as he had become very sick. We adopted a senior cat nearly 7 years ago knowing we wouldn’t have an eternity with him, but loosing him has been very painful for Steve & I. I thought it would be nice to share some lovely memories of him. We love and miss him very much. Rest in peace my gorgeous boy. 💚💚💚💚💚

It will come as no surprise to you all that owing to my own personal struggles during the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve taken an interest in mental health topics & am very passionate about encouraging others to talk openly about their problems & any struggles that they may be having, because this is what helped me most of all. In this six-part series I’ll be hosting the Mind If I Join You? series 2 podcast alongside Professor John Harrison & speaking to a very special guest each week about different mental health topics.
