You are going to laugh at me, but after only 3 days of riding being in the Lofoten I fell miserably walking on the parking lot with my surfboard under my arm and…broke 3 ribs both in the front and in the back…. Pretty ironic getting hurt like that 2 hours after having been in a pretty exposed place in one of those couloirs. So I have gone back home in @verbier for a few weeks to rest. Pretty frustrating, but it was so stupid to get hurt like this that I imagine it must have been for a reason. It feels like yesterday when Mila @miladelerue was 7 years old and riding her first couloirs with me, and now she is my team mate 🤪🤪🤪 as she just joined the swatch pro team. How bonkers is that? It’s been amazing (most of the time😂) witnessing all her evolution, her first back flips, her first couloirs, her first wins on the juniors and now after her first victories on the qualifiers getting onto the challenger tour and potentially on the actual world tour with her uncle @victordelerue next year!!! We finally made it to the lofoten! First impression was quite scary as everything looked very green and black at the bottom but once we got a bit of altitude, the lofoten magic happened again! That snow which sticks to anything makes everything looking white rideable and surprisingly good as well! For the second year in a row I ll be pleased to welcome you in @verbier4vallees for the annual Audi experience xv freeride camp from the 14th till the 17th of March. 2 days touring, riding some cool lines in Verbier with guides and my self, a pretty surreal snow camp set up at 2800 meters in my favourite spot (a pretty unique experience).
