The reality is that all things good and bad stem from our gut! Guess who’s bzzzzack ‼️ Back like I never left. Please believe my core is a bit soft 😂 however, muscles have memory. Therefore, I’ll be back in no time. 💪🏾 Remember, I had surgery back in October (best decision I’ve ever made) so I’ve been healing last few months. I’ve been stretching , walking and just recently started air bike riding. Just happy to be back! Pilates is my happy place! Healthy is happy for me! Flexibility and movement is imperative !
