Remember, I had surgery back in October (best decision I’ve ever made) so I’ve been healing last few months. I’ve been stretching , walking and just recently started air bike riding.
Just happy to be back! Pilates is my happy place! Healthy is happy for me! Flexibility and movement is imperative ! I became a certified Pilates instructor 👏🏾 prior to my surgery, perhaps I’ll do something with it this year 🤔💪🏾❤️🙏🏾💫
