When I was first approached about coaching remotely 2 years ago, I was hesitant, unsure how to translate my years of in-person coaching experience into a virtual atmosphere. However, while the learning curve was steep, I quickly understood that collaboration, movement theory, and human connection are a universal language that transcend physical location.
Unsurprisingly, dipping my toe back into coaching opened the floodgates and reminded me how rewarding it is to help athletes achieve their goals.
What started out as a one-athlete āteamā has blossomed into an inspiring collective of climbing enthusiasts. This includes both outdoor and competition climbers spanning all ages, ability levels, and locations across the globe, from Youth D crushers right here in Salt Lake to Australian Olympian World Cup athlete @campbell_harrison547.
Iām so grateful for the trust and opportunity to grow, learn, give back, and turn a passion for mentorship into my own coaching company. And this is just the beginning!
