This past year, with the help of a bazillion other artists, grant-givers, skateboarders, shop owners, fellow creators, makers, doers and the kindest friends – I shot my film REBORN. The strike then happened, so I couldn’t talk about it. The filmmaking process was so hard. So challenging. Raw and ultimately, rewarding. We are moving into final stages of post and pick-up shots. We need prayers (and more $$$) to finish! There is nowhere else I’d rather be than writing and acting. REBORN shook me to the core of my soul and made me ask myself – is this REALLY what you want to do in this lifetime!??? And the answer is unequivocally, loudly – YES. Can’t wait to share more. And thank you to the hundreds of people who are behind this birthing. I love you.
