I had a flashback today to the days of lockdown and trying to colour my own hair…. Not an experience I ever want to repeat…. A week of sun, swimming pools and the passage of time meant my roots were showing and my hair was dry and brittle so my third husband @mariocolourcollection worked his magic and has banished the grey and made me feel like me again… what’s your go to pick me up?

I cannot even begin to tell you how special @fincamalvasia is.. just back from 5 days in this little slice of heaven. A short 20 min drive from the airport and nestled within a vineyard it is the perfect blend of gorgeous interiors and peaceful escapism. We stayed in a private 3 bedroom finca with it’s own pool which was perfect, everyone had their own space, but there was plenty of space for us to all gather to play Uno and just hang out together. Adjacent is the main pool with 5 self catering apartments. I will show you more of those later this week. In my head I want to take over the entire place and fill it with all the people I love. Perfect for a big celebration or an intimate getaway… Tarnya and Richard care so passionately about what they’ve created and are on hand to help with recommendations for places to visit, places to eat and are just bloody lovely… I usually cry when I leave somewhere I love because I don’t want to go.. this time I smiled as I know I’ll be back….
