Me VS Everyone else at the gym. Really been faffing around and eating whatever the f&*k I want for a while. So I have decided to get off sugar for 3 weeks. Eeep! Wish me luck!! BUT the dancing shall continue cause life is short. P.S- 👋🏼 @malvikachinai & @harshlodha_ who can be seen smashing their gym session in the background.
Working through that PMS 🥊 Woke up feeling anxious. This definitely helped me shake it off. That said, I will probably be in bed once those period cramps show up. But…I’ve been told movement helps and I think it kinda has.

Decided to take off for the weekend and go on a solo wellness vacay. Nothing like eating clean and being outdoors/close to nature to get the serotonin ⬆️ 🙂 ALSO – *deep breathing or pranayama *digital detox *no caffeine *waking up to birdsong 🙂 REALLY helped release all the anxious energy I had stored up. (I should get off my phone now. It’s so easy to get sucked back in the loop.)
