Andrea Bordeaux Instagram – I haven’t enjoyed creating short form content very much.
This is one of the reasons why you don’t see me post very often or consistently on Instagram. I simply have too much to say, as is evidenced by the letter I shared yesterday (if you want to read it, comment the word “letter” and the link will hit your DMs), and I don’t enjoy the pressure to please the algorithm.
This dissatisfaction typically leads me to not share anything at all, which doesn’t serve me or the people who are looking for me but can’t find me.
I am changing this.
I will still be sharing on IG, but I have committed myself to make the shift over to YouTube where I will be posting my long form videos that allow me the space to dive deeper into the topics that I love and that you also want to learn about.
I will also be going live more frequently, but will transition from going live on IG to going live on YouTube, which is a much more creator-friendly platform. I love going live because I get to dive deep and offer more coaching and guidance in real time, which makes me feel so happy and fulfilled.
What you can expect is more vulnerable messages such as what I shared here in the letter, as well as more of my provocative insights and perspectives. I am also planning more educational content and offerings on topics that I find most essential to the collective healing and spiritual ascension of Women.
My desire is for you to know me more deeply and I’m excited to reveal myself to you, my struggles, my triumphs, and my embodied wisdom.

Everything that I do is out of love for Women and a deep, passionate desire for us to exist in our full expression of power, potential, and pleasure.
I’m so excited about the upcoming journey that I get to take and I hope that me choosing to embody deeper trust in myself inspires the same for you in yourself.
