Anna Hopkins Instagram – Today is the 11th anniversary of losing our dad, Tom Hopkins. I say it every year, but it never fails to feel like yesterday. These past few years I’ve been working on a short film about him, his work, and the enormous hole left in me in the wake of losing him. And without any planning, it just so happens that it will officially be finished tomorrow. Serendipity to say the least. So I thought I’d share some frames, and glimpses of his work that appear. We always said we were going to make a film together, and in some ways this feels like we finally did. I look forward to sharing UNDERPAINT with you, and the long list of names of the incredible people who helped make it happen, in the near future. ❤️
