This is my natural hair texture after I tried #curlygirlmethod for around 6 weeks! 😱 So… for 35 years, I didn’t know my hair was *this* wavy 😅 ada yang pernah ngalamin juga? waktu kecil rambutku termasuk lurus, tapi sejak smp mulai kelihatan ‘gelombang’ dan frizzy. Since then, aku kira gelombang = ngembang. Jadi solusinya? Waktu SMA di-Rebonding~~ 🤪😂 pas kuliah dan udh gak lurusin rambut lagi, mulai kenal sama catokan dan hot roll, alhasil selalu heat styling hampir tiap hari biar rambut ‘nurut’. Apalagi sejak lulus kuliah, kerja di TV and heat styling was ‘part with the job’. Fast forward pindah ke Kanada, mulai keliatan ada pattern waktu rambut dibiarin kering sendiri (lebih ke selalu lupa keringin rambut krn sibuk ngurus anak, rumah dan sekolah 😂) so I started my #wavyhairjourney dan mulai belajar tentang Curly Girl Method 🤍 rambut jadi lebih sehat (gak di heat styling sama sekali) dan gak cepet greasy (dulu harus keramas tiap hari, sekarang cukup 2 kali seminggu) I still have a long way to go, but it’s been a fun new adventure (at home)! Lol. The basics: -ganti produk khusus rambut wavy/curly yang ingredients-nya #CGM approved (bisa check di curlscan.com) -ganti handuk pake bahan microfiber -metode cuci rambut yg beda (yg utama rambut diremas waktu pake conditioner) -air dry/biar rambut kering sendiri atau pake diffuser Oh how I love discovering new things about me in my thirties 🥹
