For a girl who has always been bigger than most, who’s insecure of her soft belly, and her back rolls, A sari has never been my go to Indian silhouette. And a sleeveles corset? Absolutely not! My first thought would be “I won’t find one In my size” or “it will squeeze the life out of me”.
But 2024 is the year of being fearless 🙃. So when @shereenlovebug and @meghnadhall came over with this gorgeous black beaded corset sari with a cape, how could I let my insecurities for something that’s actually human and normal (and dare I say feminine) stop me from wearing the most gorgeous corset sari I’ve ever laid my eyes on? Most importantly, this is the most comfortable corset I’ve ever worn, and yes I didn’t think I would say those 2 words together ever, but that’s the magic of @meghnadhall
