Shoutout to @thecombatdietitian for looking after me this camp. I started camp the heaviest I’ve been and was low key worried whether my body would move the excess weight.
I stuck to the plan and here we are, 145.4lb/66kg – as easy as a weight cut gets 🫡 @the_fightdietitian
