Aya Fernandez Instagram – Our startup company secured a 1M grant from the recently concluded StartUp QC Cohort 2 Program! Beyond the financial support, what I am most grateful for is the empowering and enabling ecosystem that the QC LGU has been fostering for green businesses and young social entrepreneurs like me. It is about the valuable partnership and the leadership that believes in and genuinely commits to sustainability.
Looking back since @ecoulingbyprojectlily started as a livelihood project in 2015, transitioned into a social enterprise in 2017, faced a pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and is now steadily regaining momentum, may this be a message of hope and an invitation for collaboration to all stakeholders to bring our goal for a greener and more sustainable future to fruition. All it takes is to start. And in our case, all it takes is the courage to keep starting again, rising to keep that fire burning. Here’s to ending poverty, saving the environment, and empowering our people one eco-uling at a time. 🙏🏾♻️
